Ingredients
Pink Latte Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon beetroot powder
1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
Heat Milk: Heat half of the milk in a saucepan over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon beetroot powder and a pinch of cinnamon. Bring to a boil carefully, ensuring the mixture does not scorch.
Froth Milk: Using a milk frother, whisk, or blender, froth the remaining milk until light and creamy.
Combine and Sweeten: Transfer the hot beetroot-infused milk to a mug, top it with the frothed milk, and mix gently. Add maple syrup or your preferred sweetener to taste.
Garnish: Sprinkle extra beetroot powder or cinnamon powder on top for an extra pop of color and flavor. Optionally, add dried lavender for an aromatic touch.
Notes
For a vegan option, use plant-based milk like almond or oat milk.
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to preference.
Be careful not to overheat the milk to avoid burning the beetroot powder.
Dried lavender is optional but offers a lovely floral aroma.
Use a whisk or blender if you don’t have a milk frother to achieve frothy milk.
