Delicious and easy-to-make stuffed mushrooms filled with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and fresh herbs. Perfect as a warm appetizer for any gathering or meal.

Ingredients

Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 12 large mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it reaches the right temperature for baking the mushrooms evenly.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and form a creamy filling.
  3. Stuff Mushrooms: Take each mushroom cap and generously fill it with the cream cheese mixture, making sure the filling is packed well to maintain shape during baking.
  4. Arrange and Drizzle: Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle each mushroom lightly with olive oil to add moisture and help achieve a golden top.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops of the stuffed filling turn a golden brown color.
  6. Serve: Remove from the oven and serve the stuffed mushrooms warm as a flavorful appetizer perfect for sharing.
