Delicious Banana Pudding Fudge combines creamy banana cream pudding, sweetened condensed milk, and melted almond bark for a rich, decadent treat. Topped with crushed Nilla wafers for a delightful crunch, this no-bake fudge is perfect for dessert or a special snack.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 20 ounces almond bark, chopped
  • 1 box banana cream pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

Topping

  • 20 Nilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang on the sides for easy removal. Set aside.
  2. Heat Condensed Milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds until hot but not boiling.
  3. Mix Pudding: Stir the banana cream pudding mix into the hot condensed milk until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Melt Almond Bark: Place the chopped almond bark in a separate medium bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds until smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to overcook.
  5. Combine Mixtures: Quickly stir the pudding mixture into the melted almond bark, working fast as the chocolate will begin to thicken as it cools.
  6. Pour and Spread: Pour the combined fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly using a rubber spatula.
  7. Crush Cookies: Place the Nilla wafers in a baggie and crush them with a heavy object like the bottom of a coffee cup until finely broken.
  8. Top and Press: Sprinkle the crushed Nilla wafers evenly over the fudge and gently press down with your hands so they adhere well.
  9. Chill: Cover the fudge and refrigerate overnight to allow it to set firmly.
  10. Serve: Once set, remove from the pan using the parchment overhang, slice into pieces, and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use a high-quality almond bark for the best smoothness and flavor.
  • Make sure the sweetened condensed milk is hot but not boiling to properly dissolve the pudding mix.
  • Work quickly when combining melted almond bark and pudding mixture to prevent it from thickening before pouring.
  • You can substitute Nilla wafers with any vanilla-flavored tea biscuits for a similar texture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
