Instructions
Brew the Tea: Brew 1/2 cup of chamomile tea using chamomile tea bags or loose chamomile flowers. Allow the tea to cool completely to room temperature to avoid melting the ice later and diluting the smoothie.
Blend the Smoothie: In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, peeled and sliced ripe banana, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup milk or milk alternative, and ice cubes if using. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and evenly combined.
Garnish & Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with dried chamomile leaves and/or a slice of banana if desired. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors and soothing properties.
